02What we do

The numbers and the follow‑through, from one advisor

Most owners call about the numbers. Often the fix sits in how the work gets done, like slow invoicing behind a cash squeeze or unclear roles behind a missed target. Marcie works on both, so you don’t have to translate between two outside advisors.

09Questions

What owners ask before they call

See all questions
What does “fractional” mean?

You get a senior CFO and COO for part of each month instead of hiring one full time. You pay a flat monthly fee for a defined scope, and the arrangement can grow or shrink with the business.

How is this different from my bookkeeper or tax CPA?

Your bookkeeper records what happened, and your tax CPA files your returns. We use those numbers to look ahead at cash, profit and the decisions coming up. We work alongside both of them, not instead of them.

Will I have to change accounting software?

Usually not. Marcie is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and most owners’ needs can be met with QuickBooks Online set up properly. If something else would serve you better, we’ll explain why and what it costs before you change anything.

What does it cost?

The Clarity Assessment is a fixed fee. Monthly partnerships are a flat fee based on the size of your business and how much support you want. You’ll have a firm number after the assessment.

Do I have to choose between CFO and COO help?

No. Most owners start with whichever problem is keeping them up at night. We add the other side when it helps, and every monthly partnership includes some of both.
